About Us

Our Mission

Forum for Leadership and Reconciliation (Forum) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. We seek to develop leaders with moral, forgiving and reconciled characteristics. This corporation pursues its mission through holistic, transformative and relational education, training, mentorship and coaching, as well as, through development of serving and caring communities, and networking through strategic partnerships.

This corporation’s foundational principles believe in crossing all ethnic, national, racial, geographical, cultural, religious and political divides.

From the beginning, we have based all of our reconciliation and leadership development work on the person and teachings of Jesus of Nazareth. While not all religions worship Jesus, all religions recognize him as a great moral teacher, and his teachings have formed the basis for legal codes and moral teachings throughout the centuries, all around the world. His impact cannot be overstated.

“I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.”

Matthew 25:34-40

“Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

Romans 12:1-2

Our Vision

The vision for Forum for Leadership and Reconciliation is to promote the development of leaders committed to integrity, reconciliation and peace-building. As of 2019 we have had over 1600 participants attend our projects from 60 countries around world. We desire to expand our programs to continue to reach our future, young, emerging leaders. As we give them the tools, vision and transformational knowledge, our hope is that they go back to their villages, towns or cities transformed, renewed, inspired to serve and care for their community. Striving to be Ambassadors for a Better World.
