Forum for Leadership and Reconciliation (Forum) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. We are about advancing the Kingdom of God through development of leaders with noble, forgiving and reconciled characters, in tune with the teachings and example of Jesus. This corporation pursues its mission through holistic, transformative and relational education, training, mentorship and coaching, as well as through development of serving and caring communities, and networking through strategic partnerships.
This corporation’s foundational principles believe, God, who embraced the human family in Jesus Christ on the cross, is calling his followers to embrace their fellow men and women across all ethnic, national, racial, geographical, cultural, religious and political divides. This corporation is anchored in the statements of the Bible that focus on the applied Gospel at the communal, societal and individual levels.
We believe also that we are called, by the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit, to be his disciples and to grow in Christ by following Him, learning from Him and modeling His example; namely to be about His Kingdom by loving and serving our fellow men and women.
“I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.”
“Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
The vision for Forum for Leadership and Reconciliation is to promote the development of leaders committed to integrity, reconciliation and peace-building. As of 2019 we have had over 1600 participants attend our projects from 60 countries around world. We desire to expand our programs to continue to reach our future, young, emerging leaders. As we give them the tools, vision and transformational knowledge, our hope is that they go back to their villages, towns or cities transformed, renewed, inspired to serve and care for their community. Striving to be Ambassadors for a Better World.
This corporation's vision is anchored in the statements of the Bible that focus on the applied Gospel at the communal, societal and individual levels.
